Students at the House of Lords are inspired by leading engineers

House of Lords visit

On June 5th, five Year 12 students with an interest in aeronautical engineering, were invited to take part in an APEG lunchtime debate at the House of Lords.

As well as being treated to a formal lunch sitting amongst Lords, Baroness’, Members of Parliament and leading industrialist’s, students were treated to insightful speeches by three experts in the field of aeronautical control systems and encouraged to take part in the subsequent question and answer session.

A very informative and enjoyable day.
